One of several townhouses in the Bridges complex, it's just a short 100m walk to the pristine beaches of Geographe Bay. It's also an easy 500m walk or cycle along the beach pathway to Dunsborough's town centre for boutique shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and croissants Bon appetit
It's also close to the pretty sandy coves in Old Dunsborough for swimming, as well as the scenic walking trails in Meelup Regional Park.
The whole family will love the warmth and charm of this well equipped holiday accommodation. It has a bright and colourful downstairs open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge room with TV, decorated with mementos from the owners' European travels. This home has a very personal touch.
This area opens to an enclosed rear garden with BBQ and an outdoor dining table setting that seats 8-10 people. A great place to come together for meals in summer or to sit and read one of the many good books the property supplies.
BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS
The master bedroom is on the downstairs level. It has an ensuite bathroom with toilet, and walk-in robe.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a trundle, as well as TV and DVD player.
Adjacent to this room is a queen bedroom. Upstairs is also a family bathroom with bath tub and shower over.
In total, there are three toilets at the property Although the townhouse sleeps seven in total, due to the trundle bed, the bedding configuration is best suited to a maximum of six adults.
The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The fridge is large and a Caffitaly pod coffee machine also comes with a few pods to get you started. Ooh-la-la. Kindly replace any pantry items you use up, please.
Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels. If you want us to provide these items, linen can be hired for $25 per person. All beds come with pillows, doonas, blankets and mattress protectors.
HEATING AND COOLING
Your comfort is assured with a reverse cycle air-conditioner plus a heater in the living area, as well as pedestal fans in all bedrooms.
There is adequate parking at the property for two small cars plus storage for your bikes and surfing gear in the fenced off garden.
We allow up to one dog only. Must be a small to medium size and not be left unattended at the property. It is strictly not allowed upstairs or on any carpets, rugs or furniture. Guests must clean up after their pets and be responsible for any damage or dry-cleaning charges. Excess cleaning fees will be deducted from your bond if you have breached these pet terms and conditions.
