You will enter the property to the middle level and as you step up the few stairs to the upper level, you will find a large living area with solid wooden floors, which is bathed in natural light permitted by the extensive windows from which you can enjoy the stunning view over natural bushland. The well stocked kitchen has plenty of space and equipment for you to prepare the family meal, and when prepared you have the choice of eating inside or a choice of two outdoor settings.
The living area is appointed with a large 60 Samsung Plasma screen and DVD player where you can relax on the large corner lounge to enjoy your favorite film. Also on this level, is the pool table, simply lift off the top of the dining table to battle each other for the holiday pool title. The upper level is heated and cooled with reverse cycle air-conditioning.
The entry level is where you will find the master bedroom with its Queen sized bed, large ensuite and walk in robe, with a second bedroom next door housing a single bed and a bunk bed.
Downstairs you will find your second living area, with another large TV and corner lounge. As well as the balcony upstairs, you will also find another balcony on this level too. The remaining two bedrooms are on this level too with a queen in one room and then a queen and a bunk in the other. These two bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom between them. This lower level can be heated if required by a wood combustion heater located in the living area.
With balconies on all levels and joined by outdoor stairs, Higham House is the ideal place to be for a bit of seclusion and a great place to be to enjoy the West Australian wildlife.
