The location is unbeatable - leave your car at home and walk through the adjoining park 'Rivergum Reserve' and buy your morning coffee - just a 2 minute walk. Our self-contained home is ideal for 2 families wanting to share a holiday together, or two couples wanting to share a weekend getaway. Edge offers 2 sumptuous king size bedrooms, both with air-conditioning, the master bedroom has a TV and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds; there are 2 bathrooms and an outdoor entertaining area which is big enough to sit and enjoy a quiet BBQ, lay on the sun lounges in your private garden which is fully fenced and secure, or play ball with the children or family pet.
Simply walk out the front door, through the adjoining park 'Rivergum Reserve', and you are in the hub of town. Leave the car keys at home because you are a 2 minute walk to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. Edge is in a great location beckoning you to relax.
This is a great gourmet destination to really spoil yourself and celebrate life with good friends, as you can either create your wonderful dishes in the gourmet kitchen, or simply walk down to Meal-Up and purchase your gourmet delights to have at home.
We also have a lockable garage remote control - so you do not need to worry about your car or the family bicycles. There is also plenty of room to park additional cars. But, please do not park on the lawn.
BRING YOUR BOAT
There is plenty of room to park your boat. You are only a 10 minute drive down Geographe Bay Road to the boat ramp where you can enjoy fishing and water sports.
PET FRIENDLY & RENTAL CONDITIONS
We are pet friendly and understand that pets are part of the family, however, pet bookings are at our discretion and WILL NEED TO BE DISCUSSED AT THE TIME OF YOUR BOOKING. All pets must remain outside. Our backyard/garden is fully enclosed so there is no chance of your pet escaping.
A pet bond of $250 per pet is also required.
We require a deposit at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. Full payment and a security deposit of $500 is required 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your booking. If your booking is made within 6 weeks, then full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
For all cancellations - a $50 administration fee will be deducted from your bond, WITH THE EXCEPTION NOTED BELOW FOR PEAK SEASON - YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. If cancellation is made within 60 days before your arrival we will make every effort to rebook ‘Edge’, and in this instance all monies will be refunded less the administration fee of $50 with exception of cancellations during the peak season periods which are noted below. If we are unable to secure another booking for the same dates you had reserved, then:
60 days notice of cancellation – full refund
45-59 days notice of cancellation – 75 of monies paid refunded
31-44 days notice of cancellation – 50 of monies paid refunded
0-30 days notice of cancellation – no refund
FOR STAYS DURING PEAK SEASON - from 15 December to 31 January and all public holiday long weekend bookings, and leavers, should you cancel your booking your deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.
The bond requirements for leavers is $4,000. A full copy of our rental conditions will be provided to you at the time of booking.
