'Folia' is named for the Greek word meaning 'nest'. It's a fabulous holiday villa perched on a hill with sweeping views of Eagle Bay. Take a two-minute walk to the pristine beach and appreciate the surrounding natural parks, or a five-minute drive to a selection of vineyards in the famous Margaret River region. Snorkelling, scuba diving, surfing, whale-watching and beautiful underground caves are all at your fingertips with a 15 minute drive or less.
After tiring of these activities you might be relieved to return to the quiet villa and enjoy the seductive couches and panorama. Fill the birdbaths and watch the brilliant blue wrens and other native birds that come to frolic at sunset. Sleepy blue-tongued lizards commonly bask at the edge of the veranda and if you're an early riser you might even catch a kangaroo or two perusing the property at dawn. Don't forget to watch the sea though Whales frequently migrate through the bay and can be seen playing clearly from the house.
'Folia' fits up to 7 people, with two queen-sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a mezzanine area for relaxed open plan living. The famously indulgent sofa bed has to be seen to be believed A spacious in-door kitchen, outdoor shower and barbecue make this house a delight to stay in and we hope one day you have as many fond memories of your stay there as we have.
"Anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the South West should stay at Folia. I have stayed there more than once and each time I walk in the door the stress from the city and work is completely dissipated. The views are magnificent as is the open plan layout of the property. Its unique design makes it a truly delightful place to stay...I would recommend it to anyone"
