Nestled in the picturesque Ferguson Valley, a beautiful pocket of Western Australia's south west, Swallow Valley Bed & Breakfast offers guests the chance to enjoy a slower pace of life.
Situated on almost 80 acres at the bottom of the valley, the property's stunning features include gardens, woods and a lake. Guests are welcome to explore the property at their leisure. Perhaps bring your wellies in the cooler months and enjoy some long walks around the dam. You may spot some of Swallow Valley's abundant wildlife including birds, butterflies and frogs.
There are two beautifully appointed rooms, the one you are looking at here is Room 1 which has a Queen bed and an en-suite with beautiful views into the valley. The room is fresh and airy, with lovely scenic views. The sitting room is very well-equipped with a television and DVD player, fridge and microwave which is a shared area with Room 2. Outside, there is a BBQ and table and chairs. The accommodation includes an air-conditioning unit and a wood fire for the cooler evenings in the sitting room, the bedroom has ceiling fans and a heater in the en-suite so you can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing getaway at Swallow Valley at any time of the year. A continental breakfast of cereals, locally made bread & croissants, homemade jams, yogurts, fresh fruit and orange juice, will await you in the morning. Guests can also choose from a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and delicious homemade cookies at any time. Why not enjoy some locally sourced port and homemade fudge?
NB: Our accommodation is geared towards adults. We are happy to look at taking children however you will need to discuss this with us prior to making a booking request, please complete a booking enquiry via Stayz. We do have a large dam on the property and children will need to be supervised at all times as it is not fenced.

Being only a couple of hours' drive from Perth on the South West highway, Swallow Valley B&B is ideally situated for visitors to take advantage of the region's diverse attractions such as wineries, breweries, an art gallery and a pottery & glass studio. Gnomesville, a village of gnomes in nearby Wellington Mill, is a particularly charming place. Also nearby, just twenty minutes from Swallow Valley, is Bunbury, a port city with strong links to the history of WA.
