Nestled in the picturesque Ferguson Valley, a beautiful pocket of Western Australia's south west, Swallow Valley Bed & Breakfast offers guests the chance to enjoy a slower pace of life.

Situated on almost 80 acres at the bottom of the valley, the property's stunning features include gardens, woods and a lake. Guests are welcome to explore the property at their leisure. Perhaps bring your wellies in the cooler months and enjoy some long walks around the dam. You may spot some of Swallow Valley's abundant wildlife including birds, butterflies and frogs.

There are two beautifully appointed rooms, both with an ensuite. The rooms are fresh and airy, with lovely scenic views. The sitting room is very well-equipped with a television, fridge and microwave. Outside, there is a BBQ and table and chairs. The accommodation includes an air-conditioning unit and a wood fire, so you can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing getaway at Swallow Valley at any time of the year.

A continental breakfast of cereals, locally made bread & croissants, homemade jams, fresh fruit and orange juice, will await you in the morning. Guests can also choose from a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and delicious homemade cookies at any time. Why not enjoy some locally sourced port and fudge?

Being only a couple of hours' drive from Perth on the South West highway, Swallow Valley B&B is ideally situated for visitors to take advantage of the region's diverse attractions such as wineries, breweries, an art gallery and a pottery & glass studio. Gnomesville, a village of gnomes in nearby Wellington Mill, is a particularly charming place. Also nearby, just twenty minutes from Swallow Valley, is Bunbury, a port city with strong links to the history of WA.

Michelle and John look forward to welcoming you to Swallow Valley Bed & Breakfast. Whether you stay one night or longer, we hope it's a memorable visit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely, comfortable and relaxing. We absolutely loved our stay at Swallow Valley B & B. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful view too. Michelle and John were great hosts. They had lit the fire for us by the time we got up each morning, and were helpful in providing ideas of what to do in the area. We were provided with a fresh fruit platter, home baked bikkies, a range of cereals, fresh bread and croissants, coffee and any type of tea we could think of... Not to mention the port and fudge! It was great to be able to walk around the bush and lake on the property, and the well kept lawn made for an awesome picnic spot. Swallow Valley B & B was the perfect spot to spend our long weekend - would highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super relaxing! I went down to Swallow Valley with my husband for a long weekend escape before we expect our first baby, and we have a really relaxing time and loved the tranquil setting and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle! The bed was super comfy, the fire place as toasty, and the brekky provided each morning was so delicious and awesome to have sitting out on the deck! Also loved the fudge and the cookies that kept getting restocked;P thanks for a great stay!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic stay, highly recommended Could not rave more about this gorgeous place. John and Michelle were incredibly warm, welcoming and hospitable with John keeping the wood fire going for us and delivering a fruit platter for dessert. The gorgeous array of goodies for breakfast was very welcome with the addition of cookies and teas and fudge to enjoy. The quiet surrounds were relaxing as it’s off the main road but so close to the Valley’s attractions. A hidden gem - much like Ferguson itself. There was a shared lounge/dining space but my mother and I were the only ones there that night. Room was clean, fresh and the bed was divine. Super big towels were a great surprise, so often they are cheap and small. Thanks, we’ll be back!
