The patio has cafe curtains installed as a wind break and is roofed over, this makes the afternoons very pleasant by blocking the sea breeze but not the lovely view. This sheltered area can be used to cook meals or make BBQ's, BYO meat, bread and salads. BYO breakfast food.
Directly out at the front is a walkway that goes to the beach and "White Elephant Cafe" and "The Common" bar and bistro for meals and drinks. The flat sleeps two guests. Direct private access is through the security sliding screen door and sliding glass door from the patio. The flat has locking doors on entry sliding glass door to the patio.
Infants stay for free in our portacot. We can accommodate a larger child or teenager at $25 extra on a comfortable folding bed. Best suited to a couple.
This is a granny flat double room with a queen sized comfy bed and kitchenette with a 2.4M breakfast/meals bar and 2 leather bar stools and a nice soft sofa to chill out on and read a book. Also 2 arm chairs and coffee table and built in robes. New satellite LED TV with DVD player installed on wall.
The flat is built on the front on the ground floor of an imposing two story house with a large front balcony. Built on a corner block at the end of a no through cul de sac road. So no cars to worry about. Keith and Rebecca live upstairs with Winter the white cat. Sorry no dogs, not pet friendly
The walkway to the beach, cafes, restaurants and shop is directly across the road. Lots of onsite parking spaces in a very quiet environment, hardly any car traffic, just people walking along the footpath. No streetlights so the stars and moon and sunrises and sunsets are wonderful
There are two new mountain bikes available for guest use at any time, with helmets. Also free use of a surfboard Breakfast facilities are tea and coffee and milk and sugar provided. Electric kettle an jug. Coffee plunger & cups, saucers, knives & spoons. Cooking facilities outside on the 33 litre electric oven with 2 hotplates and the large gas BBQ with a hood and all pots and frying pan provided. Clear cafe curtains block the wind in the afternoon on the patio. Outdoor table and chairs on the patio, gets the morning and afternoon sun. BYO breakfast and meat,bread and salads for the BBQ
The Leeuwin Ridge National Park adjoins the house on the Western and Southertn sides, and has trails up to the ridge for magnificent ocean views of the Indian Ocean national park. The famous Cape to Cape walkway is just up on the ridge at the back of our house, easily accessible.
The patio, accessed through a lockable, sliding door and security screen door, is a delightful place to have breakfast and watch the birds play in the grass trees out the front. No shared guest access to upstairs living areas, except by invitation. TV. Free fast WiFi for internet. Please, no big downloads as it is not an unlimited connection, not broadband line connection.
Keith and Rebecca have lived in the area for 39 years and 18 years at this house. We know the area intimately and would be pleased to offer any advice or assistance in sightseeing and dining. Keith and Rebecca have traveled around the world twice and visited many countries. We enjoy a chat and we live upstairs.
We are located at the end of a quiet cul de sac with the walkway to the beach and cafe directly opposite over the sand dune. The beautiful beach is .3 km away, takes 5 minutes to walk there around the sand dunes. Town is 10 minutes drive away. Convenience store is close by. Wineries and caves and golf course is close by and incredible world class surf beaches at your door
No public transport, taxis and private car only, we have two mountain bikes for free use. Walking is easy, shops are 1 km away.

Licensed restaurant, bistro, bar, called "The Common" is 6 minutes walk away up at the top of the point at a 5 star resort. Two cafes within walking distance, one at the beach front, the "White Elephant" and the newly opened "Sea Gardens" cafe, open until 8.30 pm. I have menus for all the three eateries in your room in the information folder. Sea Gardens is licensed and serves wine and beer, it does lovely gourmet take away pizzas and fish and chips.
Also free wine tastings just a 15 minute walk away up at the Previlli wines show room in the Previlli Caravan Park store. Great wines.
