We have two rooms available. One balcony room with a queen bed and kitchenette and breakfast/meals bar and new 32" LED satellite TV/DVD over the brekky bar, adjoining large lounge room with satellite TV/DVD, free WiFi, and the other adjoining back room with two new single beds and lounge room. Each room is around a $120 a night the choice is yours. If you choose only one room then the other room remains vacant, if you are travelling as a group or a family and choose to book both rooms for up to 4 people then the cost is around a $120 for the balcony room plus $50 per person extra per night for the back room. Around $220 for 4 people, one or two people can stay in the back room. Infants stay for free in our free porta cot if they sleep in the same room with you.
Both rooms have toasty heating and twin electric blankets and free tea/coffee/milk and a kettle and a toaster and exclusive use of the adjoining large lounge room. The balcony bed room also has a small bar fridge in the kitchenette with kitchen sink and a , microwave oven, and direct access to the sheltered balcony with a 33 litre electric oven with two hotplates and also a large gas BBQ with a wok burner for cooking meals. All pots n pans and plates, cutlery supplied. The back room also has access to the balcony via the lounge room.
Enjoy exclusive use of the adjoining lounge room, with cable TV and DVD with big DVD library. Lots of books to read as well. Comfy leather lounge suite to relax on. Direct private balcony access.
Both rooms are light and airy and super clean as is the bathroom, which has a full size bath and separate shower and toilet, with body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided, along with a hair dryer. There is also a porta cot and baby bath and high chair available at no extra cost if you are travelling with an infant and they sleep with you in the same room.
Very quiet and private location, hear the kookaburras, they land on the balcony and can be fed in the morning and evenings and the roar of surf over the sand dunes Watch the pink and grey and green parrots feed in the national park forest directly across the road, no other houses, and breakfast is a stroll away down to the white elephant cafe or Sea Gardens licensed cafe or use the room facilities and fridge. Dinner is a stroll up to the common, a licensed bar and restaurant with inside and outside dining and a pool table. Sea Gardens licensed cafe with lovely ocean views is now open for evening meals and takeaway pizzas and fish and chips till 8pm. Licensed restaurant, bistro, bar, called "The Common" is 6 minutes walk away up at the top of the point at a 5 star resort. Two cafes within walking distance, one at the beach front, the "White Elephant" and the newly opened "Sea Gardens" cafe, open until 8.30 pm. I have menus for all the three eateries in your room in the information folder. Sea Gardens does lovely gourmet take away pizzas and fish and chips. Or cook your own meal on the electric oven with hotplates or the hooded gas BBQ with a single wok burner out the front on the sheltered balcony.
Also free wine tastings just a 15 minute walk away up at the Previli wines show room in the Prevelly Caravan Park store. Great wines.
If you only book 1 night then you must pay an extra $25 to Rebecca as a cash cleaning fee on arrival as it takes a lot of cleaning for just 1 night.
Can sleep up to 4 people at $50 per head extra over two persons around $220/night for 4 adults. If this does not suit then contact me to discuss alternatives.
The house generates it's own electricity from a large photo voltaic array on the roof and heats the hot water from a solar hot water system, it's a very eco friendly house
Locks on both doors with keys. Keyed lock on entrance door to room and keyed lock on sliding glass door with fly screen to balcony. Access to private bathroom is .7 m, one pace, down the hall. Then 1 metre further down is the door to the second double room with built in triple wardrobes and 2 single beds with bedside tables and lampshades. The hallway is completely screened from the lounge and rest of the house so guests can move from bedroom to bathroom in pajamas or whatever.
Double electric blankets and pedestal fan. The rooms are lovely and warm due to convection heaters in winter. Triple door robe with drawers and hanging space. Direct access to luxurious private full bathroom. No shared use of our main kitchen, sorry. Can store foodstuffs in the bar fridge in the room. Limited cooking facilities in the rooms using the microwave oven, kettle and toaster. But outside on the covered balcony there is a 33 litre electric oven with two hotplates and the large gas BBQ outside on the balcony. The BBQ has a single wok burner so you can cook up bacon and eggs, pasta, baked beans etc, BYO bread and salads and breakfasts.
Use of the washing machine and drier and clothes line no problems, steam iron and ironing board in the balcony room wardrobe.
Guests access via the entry stairs and access across lounge into your private double bedroom and adjoining bathroom. The balcony is immediately outside the front bedroom sliding glass door, with the electric oven and hotplates and the large gas BBQ with hood and single wok burner, pot and fry pan and plates cutlery, cooking oil, paper towels, washing up container.
Store food and drink in the bar fridge in the kitchenette in the front room.

The Neighborhood House is situated in a cul de sac, very quiet, with a walkway to the beach and national park directly opposite. No houses out the front or on the side, just Leeuwin National Park and walkways.
There is no public transport, but you can use the two mountain bikes for free that we have. Free use of surfboards and leg ropes and beach umbrella, beach chairs, picnic rug. The beach and eateries are all within strolling distance.
