FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN PLEASE NOTE: The house has a water featuregarden stream, flowing 'moats' in winter around house , including a large unfenced dam in the paddock, and of course the river. The paddock itself is fenced and gated but determined children could climb in. Children need to be closely supervised when outside and owners accept no responsibility when this fails to happen.
A pathway adjacent to the Villa has a three metre drop to the ground as the gardens are terraced. While there are border gardens, there is no fence or handrail. Again, children need close supervision.
DOG OWNERS PLEASE NOTE: As this property is surrounded by National Park we have many visiting animals including kangaroos. Your dog is welcome here if he/she is social, well behaved and even tempered. It is our duty to cause no harm to the existing flora & fauna. Please watch dogs around the water features to avoid falling in. We do not have a fenced area as such at the property to contain dogs, only the upstairs uncovered deck. We do have a kennel and chain at front door for guest's dogs that are used to this.
