The Tre House is nestled amongst native gardens and is only a 700m walk to the township of Margaret River and 200m walk to the river and nature trails. The house has been furnished with comfortable, practical and tasteful furnishings, along with all of the modern conveniences such as a reverse cycle cooling/heating , dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer, 50 inch HD TV, hairdryer, cd and dvd player with ipod dock. The Tre House comfortably sleeps 6 Adults.
Entry is into the main living area which is open plan with soaring timber ceilings and a slow combustion heater for use in the winter months. The modern kitchen is at the end of the living area and is filled with light from North facing windows. The 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet and laundry all run off a gallery that runs along the side of the living room. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have Queen sized beds and Bed 3 has 2 single beds.
The balcony at the front of the house is an ideal place to relax and watch the wildlife or read a book relaxing in the hammock. The back area includes an entertaining area with gas bbq, nestled amongst the native garden. The birds attracted by the native garden/bird feeder are sure to keep you entertained.
There is a table tennis table set up in the garage with access from the back yard. Please also make use of our cd's, dvd's, games and books that are provided to help make your stay more enjoyable.
Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar are provided.
Check in time is dependant on whether there are any bookings that crossover with your booking. Check out time on your final day when using The Tre House is not specified unless there is another booking coming in on the same day as you leave. This cannot be confirmed at the time of booking as it is dependant on whether there are other bookings. This will be confirmed prior to your departure date.
Please note that this property is not available for school leavers and groups of young adults unsupervised.
A refundable bond of $300 is required for all bookings.
Standard Rates are for 4 guests. Additional charges apply for each additional guest per night. We charge each guest a one off $25.00 linen charge per stay.
At Peak season ie, Christmas, Easter and the Leuuwin weekend; fixed rates apply per night and are generally based on a full house-this will be confirmed upon your booking request.
All bookings for 7 nights receive 10% off the total accommodation cost. Please enquire about longer stay discounts as will provide attractive rates.
The minimum number of nights stay is 3 nights.

Full linen is supplied at an additional cost of $25.00 per guest per stay. We do not supply beach towels so ask that you please bring your own if required. This charge will be added on top of the accomodation charge.
