Set on 34 acres of peace and tranquility you are amongst the best flora and fauna this region has to offer. From fairy wrens, cockatoos and parrots to large stands of Marri and Jarrah, wild flowers and orchids, it is a nature lovers paradise yet only a 5 min drive to the centre of town. Feed the sheep and Katie the alpaca, and Michael the quarter horse is always nearby looking for a carrot or two. There is plenty of space for the kids to play cricket on the lawn, climb into the treehouse or bounce on the trampoline while you sit on the patio with a glass of Margaret Rivers finest. The well appointed two bedroom accommodation is under the main roof of the farmhouse but you have complete privacy and private access to come and go as you please. There is a double bed in one room and a set of bunk beds in the second. Snuggle up with the log fire in winter after a day of exploring the many attractions of the beautiful South West. There is a wide choice of games, books and dvd's available.
Towels, doonas and pillows are provided however you will need to bring your own linen unless otherwise arranged. There is a kitchenette with fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, electric frypan, rice cooker, portable induction, and coffee making facilities. There is also a gas BBQ outside.
