The property is 80m to the beach with almost 180deg ocean views of Geographe Bay. The Cape Naturaliste lighthouse will orient you with its light way across the bay. The property is one of two and the rental section, with its own street entrance, garage etc has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate toilets. The master bedroom has a QS bed, the second garden view room has a double bed with it's own ensuite/separate toilet. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. The master and single bedrooms share a bathroom. The property is extremely spacious - 14m by almost 10m in some sections. Check out the photos. It is fully furnished, with a well appointed kitchen and everything guests need for a complete self-contained holiday. The property lends itself to relaxation and unwinding. It is well suited to couples, small families, and particularly to travelling yoga practitioners since it has a purpose built yoga area with rope wall and props available for rent, if required. Small group yoga retreats are hosted here, with shared style accommodation/facilities available. The views are sensational and from the daybed in the early morning or any time of day, actually you'll frequently see the resident dolphin pods making their way south, or north or just foraging out front. In season, Humpback, Southern Right and, occasionally, even Blue whales can be seen making their journey south to their 'kitchen' in the Antarctic
So, Peppy Beach, itself, is an area that is really nature-based and almost purpose-built for just relaxing in; long walks on the beach, lots of opportunity for water activities, safe beaches, good fishing, the unique Tuart Forest to wander in and for those wanting more than to just chill out, Peppy Beach is really at the Gateway to the greater South West of Western Australia and to the Margaret River/Yallingup Winery and Surf region. Eastward are the delightful little towns of Balingup, Bridgetown and Nannup, which all offer - at various times throughout the year - a variety of Blues and Folk Music, Medieval, and Flower Festivals. Northeast lies the Ferguson Valley with a variety of wineries and restaurants to visit.
Peppy Beach is 2 or so hours south of the city of Perth and is 30 mins south of Bunbury and 20 mins north of Busselton. The closest town is Capel, 10 mins drive east which has a bakery, butcher and a good supermarket, plus some great little cafés. Capel Vale Winery is a 5 min drive away and offers morning and afternoon teas as well as a Tapas lunch menu, complemented by their great wines. A variety of restaurants exist in both Bunbury and Busselton.
