The Beach House is a modern, architect designed, luxury holiday home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful ocean views from every room and views across the local wetlands. With only a 100 metre walk to a beautiful sandy beach, the Beach House is perfect for swimming, fishing and enjoying the outdoors.
Located just 2 hours from Perth and midway between Bunbury and Busselton, the Beach House is the perfect base to explore all that "down south" can offer.
The Beach House is ideally suited as an adult retreat with three large bedrooms that would comfortably accommodate three couples. Alternatively, the Beach House is suited to families with school age children. Due to the height of balconies and open internal staircase to the living area, this home is not suitable for toddlers and small children. The home is adjacent to the beach and is located in a quiet cul de sac.
The Beach House is also well situated to explore the south west - Busselton Jetty, local wineries, art galleries, gourmet foods, the Margaret River region are only a few of the attractions within a short drive.
Guests have access to the entire house except for garage. There is additional parking for four cars in the driveway.
The main bedroom is located at entry level and includes a queen sized bed, private balcony, TV and ensuite with separate toilet, separate shower and free-standing bath. On this level there is also a further bathroom with a second free-standing bath, a separate powder room and fully equipped laundry. Three stairs take you to two additional bedrooms each with a queen sized bed and direct access to an external decking with picturesque views of the sea/sunset. The larger bedroom has a WIR that stores a single roll-away bed.
A short open-tread staircase leads to the living, dining and kitchen area. It is stylishly and comfortably furnished with sufficient seating for 6.
The chef's kitchen is a delight to cook in with modern appliances such as a fan-forced oven, refrigerator with iced water dispenser, coffee machine and pantry. All living areas and bedrooms rooms have hardwood timber flooring and are fitted with split system reverse cycle air conditioners.
There is a timber deck adjoining the main entry and a large main balcony adjoining the living/dining area that is perfect for relaxing. This balcony is complete with an outdoor setting that seats 6 and a Webber gas BBQ.
Doonas and pillows are provided although you will need to bring sheets, pillow slips and towels. If required, linen hire can be arranged at $40 per Queen bed pack and includes top and bottom sheets, 2 pillow cases, 2 bath sheets, bath towel, bath mat, hand towel, 2 face washers and 2 beach towels.
Prices are based on 2 guests with an additional cost for extra guests.
General bookings are a minimum of two nights' stay; however, minimum nights and pricing variations apply for long weekends, Easter and school holidays. As differing pricing applies for these times, please enquire for a firm quote and availability. We will finalise all prices and bookings on confirmation.
We are unable to accommodate leavers or special events and/or parties. The Beach House is strictly no pets and no smoking.
