Across the road from Prevelly beach, this spacious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house has two living areas. Set on a quarter acre block, there's plenty of room inside and out for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, ensuite and walk-in robe. There are two twin bedrooms (that can be made into king beds upon request) and another Queen bedroom.
The hub of the house is the kitchen/dining area that has an eight-seater dining setting. Relax in the separate lounge room with big screen TV and DVD player. Outside, there's a top of the range Weber Q and an outdoor setting with eight chairs. There's plenty of parking for cars out the front.
Bella Beach House accepts small dogs by arrangement. The yard is fully fenced yard making it suitable for your fury family member who'll love walks across the road at the dog exercise beach.
Just 50m away is Prevelly beach which is great for surfing, swimming, snorkeling/diving, sun-bathing, fishing, boating, kiting, and SUP. It's a dog friendly beach too so your fury family member will love it.
5 min walk to the local shop and bottle shop. 10 mins walk to the much loved White Elephant Beach Cafe and a further 3 mins is The Common bistro open for dinner every night and lunch on weekends and has craft beer on tap. The food is terrific and dining at The Common is highly recommended. Take the path that runs along the beach and enjoy magnificent views along the way.
Sunsets over the Indian Ocean are sensational. Take the beach path and walk around to Surfers Point, perhaps take a picnic or a bottle of something cold and enjoy nature's free show, it's spectacular.
Every April, Margaret River hosts the WSL Drug Aware Margaret River Pro surf event that attracts the best surfers in world - Kelly Slater, Taj Burrow, Mick Fanning, Joel Parkinson, Stephanie Gilmore, and more. The surf is renowned at Main Break, The Box, Southside, Bombie (opposite Bella Beach House), Boatramps, Grunters and Gas Bay - all a short walk away.
At Bella Beach House you get the best of both worlds - the beach and a short drive away, are award-winning wineries - Cape Mentelle (check out the outdoor cinema there in summer), Leeuwin Estate (check dates for concerts and food festivals), Voyager, and Xanadu just to name a few.
In 10-mins drive, you'll reach the town of Margaret River that has several large supermarkets, café's, bars, restaurants, shops, gourmet retailers, and the Visitors Centre.
