Ours is a modern yet relaxing family home with a spacious garden including a relaxing outdoor heated bath, shower & WC. This house sleeps a maximum of 8 people. We also have a porta-cot & highchair for babies/toddlers. There is an expansive deck with electric sun-awning, dining table, and bbq plus a beautiful Peppi tree with surround seating. Our herb garden is freely available to you. An outdoor fire can be used when fire regulations permit.
Our home has 4 bedrooms with plenty of storage space and 2 beautiful bathrooms with heated towel rails and a deep bathtub. We have an open plan kitchen with a large dining table and a kitchen island with seating. The master bedroom opens onto the deck and garden. It has a walk-in-robe, an ensuite & a comfy Queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, bedroom 3 has a Double bed and bedroom 4 has 1 single bed plus 1 single fold-out bed not suitable for extra large adults.
Most importantly, we are ever so close to beautiful and quiet beaches, as well as playing fields and shops. What is more, we are in the heart of an enormous wine growing region and there is easy access to outdoor attractions such as mountain biking, hiking, fishing, kayaking and plenty more.
Please note that we supply a huge array of films for you to watch. We also supply jigsaws and board games. Unlimited WIFI has now been installed high speed NBN and there is a new digital TV.
Please also note that this is a self catering property so we do not supply items such as clothes washing powder although we do supply high spec appliances for your use, such as a Bosch washing machine & separate dryer. There are a few very basic pantry items but guests need to shop for their specific needs in keeping with standard self-catering arrangements. Similarly, whilst we provide wood for your first fire, as well as matches and firelighters, extra wood will need to be purchased from the local service station or corner shop. If you are feeling lazy, our split cycle system is very powerful & easily heats our home. Please note there is no fireguard but the fire is in a tucked away corner. Lastly, due to the extra cleaning necessitated by dogs, a $40 mandatory fee applies. Our cleaners receive 100 of this fee with no profit to ourselves.
"Glenleigh House is like staying in a luxurious hotel with all the benefits of self catering. The modern and very trendy design of this house ... did not disappoint. The house is extremely functional and fun. I loved the separate sleeping wing and especially enjoyed the master with .. fantastic en suite. The gigantic tub in the main bathroom was a firm favourite .. however the highlight has to be the outdoor bath. What a glorious way to relax after a busy day. "Nothing can compare to this beautiful home in West Bussleton. We had such a warm welcome when we arrived with some wine and biscuits. Every room was immaculate and so homely. Only a 2 minute drive from the city centre. 2 minute walk to the beach and of course the amazing wineries and breweries start just up the road. We have travelled all over the world but nothing can compare to this experience we had at Lily and Marks beautiful home. Our beautiful home is a hop, skip and a jump from the tranquil waters of Geographe Bay and the famous Busselton Jetty. Our local beach is often secluded and the nearby cycle path takes one directly into town along a flat and smooth path. There is a park opposite our house & a school only a few hundred metres away with freely accessible green fields.
