Caves House is a heritage listed guest accommodation/hotel - a great place for a beer/wine and a casual meal - breakfast/lunch/dinner - just leave the car at home. The Main bedroom has Queen Bed, 2nd Bedroom has 2 King Single beds and the 3rd Bedroom has 2 Single Beds. The large 2nd lounge for the children has books, games and a 50" TV with videos to keep them amused. The lounge has reverse cycle airconditioning. The bathroom has shower/bath and there is a separate toilet off the laundry. The laundry is fully functional with Boach appliances washer and dryer.
The ground floor has a largeTIMBER DECK - built under the trees to take in the morning sunshine, or another place to sit and enjoy the birdlife.
There is a second outdoor shower outside for after your swim with hot/cold water.
All linen - towels/sheets supplied. Please bring your own beach towels.
This property is suitable for couples and families with older children as there are steep stairs. Please enter the home from the rear door following the pathway around to the back deck.

PARKING - Parking for 2 cars only within the property. A remote control is on one set of keys allowing you to put a car into the garage. SEA SPRAY shares a common driveway with the home in front, please only park within the property. Please keep the common
