Inside, the holiday house is well set up for families, with an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area which separates the two sleeping wings. One wing has two queen bedrooms and a master bathroom. The opposite wing is comprised of an air-conditioned upstairs rumpus room with TV/DVD and adjoining bunk room for children. Downstairs is a fourth bedroom with two king single beds, a second bathroom and fully equipped laundry.
Reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area promises comfort year around, however the additional combustion wood heater is there for those wanting to add some romance to chilly winter evenings.
Both outdoor areas are furnished for alfresco dining, with the BBQ located on the terrace.
Table tennis is available for use in the double garage.
Most will happily settle in with little wish to move but, if pressed, its just a leisurely 200-metre walk to the funky little Goanna Gallery for breakfast or lunch. Its also just a five-minute drive to the Yallingup Wood Fired Bakery for a loaf of delicious country bread, and less than 10 minutes drive to the town of Dunsborough, the golf courses, or the surf at Smiths Beach.
This holiday house in Yallingup is definitely a picturesque sanctuary for jaded city folk.
As pretty as its namesake, perfectly positioned in beautiful manicured gardens
