3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a large open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The main bedroom ensuite has a queen bed, a second room has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a single bed and a double bunk.
The house is comfortably furnished and the kitchen well-equipped. There is a wood-burning stove in the living area for cosy winter evenings. There is a dishwasher, a CD/cassette player, TV not satellite and DVD player as well as DVDs, CDs, books, toys and games. Outside is a bbq and an outdoor dining setting.
The nightly rental price includes full bed and bath linen for the queen bed in the master bedroom so, if ther's just the two of you, there's no additional charge. If there are more than two people in your party, we have a linen charge of $25 for each extra person.

Lugnaquillup is on an unfenced bush block and there are kangaroos and, in season, snakes. It's not suitable for dogs, and we ask guests not to bring their dogs.
