All of the air-conditioned living areas and two of the bedrooms enjoy expansive views across the private lap pool and wet-bar cabana, down over the valley to the ocean. The timber and leather dining comfortably seats 10 and the casual lounge area features a corner lounge and twin recliners with flat screen tv/dvd.
The expansive outdoor entertaining and recreation zone is accessed off the kitchen and lounge and features chefs BBQ, outdoor dining and poolside day beds. Also to be noted is the enormous rain tank supplying pure, fresh water to the property.
Upstairs the large open plan loft accommodates a leather lounge, huge flat screen TV and DVD. A balcony access via double sliding doors further increases that capacity of this space and again welcome outstanding valley and ocean views.
The spacious north-west, master wing captures stunning views and ocean breezes. A king sized bed and enormous walk-in-robe opens on to an ensuite with separate walk-in-shower, bath and W/C.
Accessed via a hallway off the entrance, the south-west guest wing accommodated two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two king-sized single beds, a bathroom and separate W/C.
Access via the opposite side of the hallway the 4th bedroom features a queen sized bed, with sliding door access via a petite courtyard.
