A refundable bond of $500 is required for all bookings. The bond is paid back by direct debit within 2 days of leaving, or by other arrangements with owners.
All efforts are made to ensure guests have the best possible stay. In return we have the following policies;
• We have a no party policy and do not accept leaver’s bookings.
• Smoking is not permitted within the property or surrounds.
• Pets are also not permitted on the property
• Fill out the booking form accurately so we know who you are.
• Confirmation of a booking will require your name, address, phone number and proof of ID Drivers licence.
