Our B and B is for Adults only where your stay is in the guest wing of the main house also the owners home. Farming discussions favourite, fishing spots or best viewing of the stars and perhaps bring your acoustic guitar as Reg loves his music too.
As we are not licensed if you like a wine or beer please bring it along and we will keep it cold for your sunset drinks.

Arrive in the afternoon around 2pm take a wander around the gardens and fruit trees, vegetable gardens. Watch the farm animals being fed usually around 4pm or have some interaction with them depending on your animal skills. Cool off with a swim in the pool if your able to climb the 1.4m ladder in and out only for the nimble of foot. 7pm Enjoy dinner at the farm (48hours notice required) or take a drive into town for the cafe or hotel meals (22km) Stay 2 nights or more to fully enjoy the area and book a stargazing experience at the Gravity Centre Observatory this is a new venture by the GDC since October 2015 and they have amazing telescopes and information to ensure your night is enjoyed. Spend a few hours at the nearby Gravity Centre during the day and climb the ladder or explore the Cosmology Gallery and Gravity Centre exhibits. Back at the farm capture the views of the sunset behind the pine trees and reflections on the lake, for avid astro photographers enjoy the dark night environment at the farm with no surrounding light interference. Enjoy your breakfast at 8am then wander the gardens until departure at 10am.
Activities on the farm
Walk around the perimeter of the property and view the animals from a safely fenced (electrified) area. See the thousands of olive trees on the property adjoining and many wildflowers and colourful Christmas trees and orange morrison have magnificent heads of flowers in Summer. Springtime wildflowers are on the gravel roads surrounding the property with banksia, coral gums, kangaroo paws, smokebush, donkey orchids, wild daisy, pompoms and many more.
Warm wood fire great for a glass of your red and a book or venture outside when stars light up at night Book a stargazing night at the nearby Observatory you can now book an evening meal at the Gravity Centre Cafe so easy to explore the gravity exhibits have dinner and stay on to have the show then return to the farm for a restful nights sleep with only an 11km drive.
Bicycle enthusiasts can cycle on the gravel roads from the farm out to the main roads (3.44km)
