Holiday rentals near Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore

Our family group of 10 appreciated this wonderful penthouse property, which is located within walking distance of Rome's main railway station with easy access to retail requirements. The apartment was spread over 2 floors and was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The lift had limited capacity but enable us to transport our bags and some people to the 4th floor. The cooler weather didn’t allow us to utilise the terrace area which would have been wonderful with wonderful views over Rome. Highly recommend.

Great location in Monti, handy to facilities like station, cabs and minimart, spacious apartment, everything you might need supplied, and host Ivana was friendly and helpful. And beautiful church across the road. Just the best of everything!

Booked this property for 4 nights after a cruise that finished in Rome. In summary, the accommodation was perfect for 2 adult couples, the host was extremely welcoming and was in constant contact leading up to our stay. The location in Rome was ideal and only a short walk to the major attractions. The local restaurants were superb. I would highly recommend this accommodation. This trip was nearly 12 months in the planning with Guido involved every step of the way. He recommended wedding planners, restaurants for post wedding celebration and also restaurants for a milestone birthday celebration. 8 people ( our family) for 9 days!! Amazing!! This property ticks all of the boxes. There is nothing you could fault. Thank you is not enough Guido all of our well travelled children have never experienced such a great experience.
