We found the White House very good accomodation for our needs
It was very roomy, everything worked well, the beds were comfortable , the pool very good and our host Luca very accomodating and helpful
Monopoli is a good base to explore close by regional Tuscan towns like San Miniato, Vinci and Palaia
We elected to visit Florence by train which worked well with very good parking in San Romano by the station
Despite having TV access to cable stations, there were only a few English stations such as BBC world news. The WiFi worked well
