Andrew was very accommodating. He allowed us to stay until 6pm as we weren't flying out until 11pm at night as well as early check-in. He provided useful activities to do on our 'free' day - which was amazing. The kids were also provided with a Treasure Hunt upon arriving at the house which resulted in a variety of treasures including a Disney shirt which we all wore to Disneyland. It was very convenient (walking) to Disneyland.
