Sunset holiday rentals

Insects, that appeared to be carpet beetle worms made their presence known all over the walls, counters and bedding of the upstairs bedrooms on Sunday morning, May 5, 2024. My family, residing in the upstairs bedrooms left the property 2 days early out of disgust. I have photos of the insects. Sixto Clara, property overseer, without requesting the photos denied the possibility of the insects by stating (paraphrasing) that carpets could only be found in the living room. Additionally, the property is stocked with nonoperational appliances: 1. There is no combination of letters, capitalized or lower case that will enable the WiFi. It is non-operational; 2. The refrigerator ice machine is inoperable; and, 3. The small front burner of the stove is inoperable. Backyard safety issues: a. The propane hose to the tank is hooked up dangerously wrong (picture taken); b. No handrail exists on the back porch steps (picture taken); and, c. Hardware, such as metal/wood screws found all over the ground where people commonly walk (picture taken). Other issues: i.) Wash cloths had to be purchased because none were provided; ii.) While a few coffee pods were provided, cream and sugar had to be purchased; iiI.) A pancake griddle had to be purchased (and by mistake was left there); iv.) hand soap had to be purchased for the upstairs bath; and, v.) There is no screen on the front bedroom window. Staying at Clara House was a total loser.
