Great house for a multigenerational holiday. Close to the beach, walk to Patonga and only a short drive to Umina. The undercover area out the back is where we spent most of our time. Will definitely stay again.

the house was perfect for our large family group of 12, plenty of space so you didn't feel like you were on top of one another. the outlook was very private and peaceful and a great position close to the beach. we love Pearl Beach and will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay; the house was gorgeous. We loved all the artwork everywhere, loved the layout of the house as well and the fireplace! The stairs down to the centre were amazing and the little note on arrival left describing how to use them and also a complimentary bottle of wine. The view was so beautiful, and we really loved the atmosphere of the house too. Booking and communication was fantastic, and everyone was SO nice and friendly. We are saving this stay and bringing the family back to enjoy what we did. We will def be coming back. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!!!

Everything was good. We all have enjoyed our stay. Smells nice and fresh. Need a better frying pan with heavy weight so their stove would work. We could not use their bbq because it was dirty and doesn’t work. I am confident once the owner has reads this would will be fixed in no time. My other advice is should have outside dogs only, why? I believes animals shouldn’t be inside and you will keep going through new mats in the lounge room but that’s just my personal opinion. Not too many rules is a bonus- nice and easy! Yes we would stay there again.. Thank you.

Really enjoyed the view and decor. I lot of thought and good taste has been invested here. Hope to return very soon.
