You consent to the Promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity.\u00a0\nThe Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through the Promoter&#8217;s agents or contractors. The Promoter will use your personal information to conduct and manage the offer. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this offer, communicating with you or storing data. Your claim must be received during the Offer Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. If you cancel a Qualifying Booking your claim may be deemed invalid at the Promoter&#8217;s discretion. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your own costs associated with claiming. If you claim using automatically generated claims or multiple phone numbers\/email addresses\/addresses\/aliases, you may be disqualified.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":6} -->\n<h6>Gifts<\/h6>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>13. Gift\/s must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. Gift\/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including that they:<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>(a) will expire as per the expiry date shared in the letter accompanying the gift;<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>(b) can only be used in Australia;<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>(c) are loaded only with AUD and cannot be converted to another currency; and<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>(d) cannot be used at an ATM or as a contactless payment.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>14. Gift cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, returned for a refund or be replaced after expiry and is not legal tender, an account card or credit or security.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>15. If you or your claim are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions, your claim may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter&#8217;s satisfaction the validity of your claims (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.\u00a0\n\n<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>18. You must not:\n(a) tamper with the claim process;\n(b) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the offer;\n(c) act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;\n(d) do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this offer;\n(e) breach any law; or\n(f) behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.\n\n<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>19. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all Gifts must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The Gift will be void if it\u2019s defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. The Gift values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in Gift value. You agree that if a Gift (or element of a gift) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state\/territory gaming authorities.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>113. Printing and other quality control errors outside the Promoter\u2019s control will not invalidate an otherwise valid Gift claim. Every gift claim in excess of the advertised gift pool will be honoured, unless the claim is rejected due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions.\u00a0\n\n<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>114. If this offer cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter&#8217;s control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the offer or disqualify affected claims\/claimants, subject to any necessary approval by the state\/territory gaming authorities.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>115. Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this offer are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits, theft or third party interference), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death suffered in connection with this offer or any gift, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).\u00a0\n\n<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>118.
