This luxury British Colonial style Heritage house is situated on one of the Kelowna's best sandy public beach front lots, completed with outdoor hot tub. It is ideally located near Kelowna's downtown City Park (just 5-8 minutes walk), a playground, golf courses, wineries, restaurants, attractions...

Most of the rooms have ensuites, and some of them have it's own lake view balcony, and you can enjoy the beautiful sunset in Kelowna.

A large family room, dinning room and kitchen sit on the main floor. Outside, enjoy a patio set looking right onto the beach, BBQ's, HOT TUB,...
A fantastic place to hang out....A big garden on the 12500 sqft. lot. My place is good for groups like family and friend's gathering.

There is parking at the backyard. Trailers of any kind must be approved and likely will not fit on the property.

Vacation Home

We enjoyed a great weekend at this home. The location is perfect for walking to dinners and downtown within minutes and the beach is right out front. We would rent the home again in the future.

Four family stay

The house itself was absolutely perfect for our group. There were four families with teen children. There is plenty of space and the house itself was very clean and bright. Communication with the owner and the property manager was efficient and pleasant. The main issue we had is a tough one to deal with. There are groups of people that hang out right in front of the property throughout the day drinking and partying. They are harmless and didn’t pay attention to us but it definitely takes away from the view and peacefulness of the stay. The location of the home to town is perfect and is a quick walk to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Perfect weekend getaway!

This house was absolutely amazing. The place is even nicer than the pictures and it is perfect for large groups. Peter was easy to communicate with and very accommodating with all our needs. Will absolutely be staying here again soon!

Not what we expected

The beds and bathrooms were great - updated and comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen was nice. We were 8 adults and had a great time, but the very high cost for a 3-day trip meant we had high expectations. There was a broken window repaired wth duct tape, dirty window sills, chipped paint on all the walls, unkept landscaping, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work until the property manager came and fixed it. For the price it should be near perfect! The location right on the beach was incredible with a nice view and a great place to float all day on the lake. The home is directly beside an off-leash dog park and the dogs are there all day - some dog owners let their dogs run everywhere and while that can’t be controlled, it is worth knowing. As all lake front is public, there were locals using the beach and it seemed they knew this beach wasn’t patrolled by police; so we witnessed drug use, lots of smoking (during wildfire season!), nudity, and general partying. We have been to other Kelowna beaches and this mid-week beach crowd did seem rougher. Perhaps it’s proximity to the city centre or general privacy… it did not disrupt our trip but important to know, especially if you’re bringing children. The beach gates were locked at 10pm each day and we sat out in the evening and loved the quiet then. We enjoyed our adult-only vacation but would not recommend this neighbourhood or stay at this home again.

What makes this property unique

You can walk to the public beach right out from the garden. However, the beach is very crowded in the summer season, and peoples may playing music, having party and sometimes we found peoples taking drugs. However, Kelowna's police will do regular petrol on the beach. Our neighbourhood will also do regular reports to By-law or police when they find some peoples violating the laws.
