Each of the 3 villas have 2-4 large private balconies ideal for dining and enjoying the beautiful mountains.
Villa 'Modern' and 'Retro' also have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower one without), one large living room and a kitchen.
Town Villa 'New' has only two bedrooms but also provides sleeps up to 6, as well as two fully equipped very modern bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and 4 balconies with the best views possible. Town Villa 'New' is brand new and the most modernly equipped amongst all three villas, but it may be unsuitable for families with small children, as it has two separate entrances to both levels.
The large garden is equipped with a huge high-tech swimming pool (private or shared depending on Villa Modern and Retro rented out to one large family or separate families), an electrical grill, tables, 6 chairs and sunloungers, umbrellas are also allocated to each Villa. A beautiful night lightening system throughout the entire garden creates a romantic atmosphere at nights.
This part of Turkey has low humidity and an unbelievable climate. Minimum 7-8 months of pure sunshine and warm/hot weather is guaranteed, without the interruption of long rainy days. In July the temperatures can go up to 40-45 degrees and in Winter temperatures never fall below 15-17 degrees.
Icmeler lies in a sheltered lagoon bay surrounded on 3 sides by pine covered mountains between Marmaris and Turunc on the turquoise coast. It's crystal clear blue waters are ideal for water sports, scuba diving or just to laze about on it's sandy beaches. Local transport systems make it easy to travel. Local mini-buses (dolmus), taxis and taxi boats are low priced and easily available to get to the more vibrant center of Marmaris.

RAFTING- archaically named Indos, the Dalaman River was once the border between the ancient civilizations of Caria and Lycia. With its ever-flowing whitewaters, awe-inspiring wilderness, beautiful canyons and ancient remains, the venue provides a perfect backdrop for this heart-pounding activity. The journey from Icmeler to the base takes about an hour.
