Situated on the Harbour Reach development just south of Poole lifting bridge and just 10 minutes` walk to Poole Quay and the town with all its facilities. The development benefits from a link bridge leading directly to Hamworthy Park and beach.

Open Plan Living, Dining and Kitchen area with doors to the balcony with views of the harbour and Yacht club. Good quality furnishing and comprehensively equipped throughout. Master Bedroom (kingsize 5ft double bed) and bathroom (bath with shower over, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and shaver point).

Parking - One reserved parking space in the developments own secure car park (max height 2.1m / 6ft 8ins)

Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryers. Property is managed by the owner.

Technology - 42 inch flat screen TV. Freeview. DVD player. WiFi.
