Amazing house 80 meters walk to the sea and beach!
You will love my house for the privacy of the 4 terraces and the seaview of one of them.
700 meters to the city center and the restaurants & bars.

Well suited for couples, families (with children) and furry friends (pets).
In the first floor there is a big kitchen, a living room, double room, and one bathroom.
In the ground floor there is an independent area with a double room and a room with a bunk bed.

Déception résumerais notre séjour de 24 jour.

Manque sérieusement d’entretien de la maison et des équipements et surtout d’ameublement moderne sur les belles terrasses. En réalité, selon moi c’est une maison d’une chambre. Les deux autres chambres au sous-sol sont complètement isolées du niveau principal. Elle n’avaient pas le standard auquel nous nous attendions.

Villa Stay

Just returned from an 8 night stay. The villa is really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beds very comfortable, air con, plenty of hot water, towels,. You can walk to some restaurants and a supermarket but it’s very hilly and we could have done with a car . We enjoyed the nearby beach, it was quiet and relaxed.

Schöne, große Villa, fußläufig zum Meer

Wir waren als 6-köpfige Familie 2 Wochen in der Villa Schilling. Diese befindet sich in einem Wohnggebiet umgeben von Villen, nur 2 Minuten Fußweg zum kleinen Strand. Wir waren Ende Mai (Vorsaison), daher war der Strand unter der Woche auch überschaubar besucht. Das Haus liegt umgeben von anderen Häusern, je nach Nachbarn kann es Abends auch etwas lauter sein, insgesamt aber in Ordnung. In der Nachbarschaft sind einige Hunde, die regelmäßig bellen. Auch die Tram fährt etwas jede halbe Stunde vor der Tür vorbei, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört, da es nicht sehr laut ist. Wir haben uns aber daran gewöhnt. Das Haus hat viele Terassen, mit Palmen und Olivenbäumen, die wunderbar Schatten spenden. Es sind einige Liegestühle, einen Sonnenschirm und Tische draußen vorhanden. Ebenso eine Aussenküche und Möglichkeiten um sich kurz die Füße draußen abzuduschen. Das Haus besteht quasi aus zwei Wohnungen, die nur durch den Außenbereich miteinander verbunden sind. Im unteren Bereich sind zwei Zimmer mit jeweils einem 140er Bett. Es hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC und den Zugang zu einem Kellerraum in dem Werkstatt und Waschmachine untergebracht sind. Die Schlafzimmer sowie die Eingangstür haben jeweils Mückengitter, welche hilfreich sind, denn wir hatten einige Mücken. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem gemütlichen Ledersofa, TV und Co. Die große Küche ist sehr hell und neuwertig eingerichtet und hat einen großen Essbereich. Insgesamt sind sehr viele Utensilien vorhanden, so dass man auch mal mit 10 oder mehr Personen ohne Probleme kochen und essen kann. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und zwei Schlafzimmer. Eins mit Doppelbett und ein kleineres mit einer Schlafsofa, welches aus 140cm ausziehbar ist. Alle Räume haben Klimaanlagen und ebenso Mückennetze. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt alles was man braucht, sogar Bügeleisen, Ventilator oder mobile Klimageräte. Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre bekommen, aber alles ist soweit funktionsfähig und die Qualität in Ordnung. Als die Toilette verstopft war, kam innerhalb einer Stunde Hilfe - insgesamt war der Service super und sogar der Hausbesitzer stand mit Rat zur Verfügung. Der Check In lief etwas überstürzt und die Dame konnte nur spanisch, kein englisch, wodurch wir nicht viel verstanden haben, was etwas schade war. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Das in die Jahre gekommene Haus hat technische Mängel

Haus ist alt und wenig gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist zusammengewürfelt. Die Strominstallation hat erhebliche Mängel: Wir hatten in allen Bädern und der Küche einen kalten, regnerischen Tag keinen Strom und keine Heizung. Der Strand ist klein, die Retaurants fast 1 km, der nächste Supermarkt 5 km entfernt. Viele Hunde bellen in der Nachbarschaft - auch nachts!
