This beautiful ground floor apartment is very well furnished to a high standard with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.and air conditioned throughout.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area leads out to a fabulous terrace with sea views. The 2 comfortable bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is a spacious bathroom and a shower room.
This apartment has a great position on the complex closest to the beach and with an extensive garden area with lawns and a short walk to the pool.
The ground floor covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and plenty of room to spread out onto the south facing lawns and landscaped gardens to soak up the sunshine, also great for children to play.
There are excellent restaurants, bars and a small supermarket within easy walking distance. Albufeira marina, is less than 5 minutes by car, or a 20 minute walk. Golfers are spoilt for choice with several local options including Salgados Golf Course, just 5kms away.

Perfect property

Having viewed the property in line we decided it fitted our requirements.. very rarely does a holiday property match the photos and description, but this time it did. Lovely, spacious accommodation, great outside space with sun loungers, table and chairs,fantastic views in quiet surroundings..short walk to the pool or the beach, which has a lovely restaurant ( highly recommend). There were 3 adults in our party and we had plenty of storage, comfortable beds and everything you could possibly need.

First trip to Albufeira

We had the most wonderful 10 day stay at the property. The view of the sea was just perfect. The property is extremely well equipped with everything you could need in terms of kitchen equipment although we did only cook. Location for us was fine, you can easily walk to the Marina where there are lots of places to eat and drink, although the walk back does involve a reasonably steep incline. We also walked into the old town a handful of times and got a taxi back (they averaged 10 euros for 5 of us). The pool did take some finding on our first day but once our neighbours pointed us in the right direction we were well away. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others. Thank you for having us.

Wohnung sehr altmodisch und etwas muffig. Der Blick von der Terasse entschädigt aber dafür. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit der Agentur schwierig.

Sao Ariffes Appartments

Apartment 118 was better than we expected in most areas. In a beautiful setting and surroundings very close to the beach. With a good apartment complex pool with a bar and snack bar. Air con was fantastic in the rooms and there was ample storage for all your clothes etc. Its a very roomy apartment with bags of space for everyone. The self catering facilities are fantastic. washing machine, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, sandwich toaster, fridge freezer.. the list goes on. The kitchen is fully equipped and more with everything you could ever need for a full family stay. Tv facilities and internet were also great. The only thing we found a little lacking was the freezer. Just a tad small. Everything is provided for your self catering stay to make it as easy as possible and really comfortable. There's plenty of extra clean bedding and towels so you can change them when you want and the facility to wash everything. Overall a fantastic place to stay and just a short distance from Albufiera for nights out. There are a couple of local mini markets to get essentials from and even the complex pool bar sells essentials too.. Will Definately stay in the future...
