Cozy villa on two levels in a natural archaeological park 500 m from the sea and 300 m from the "Feniglia" pine forest.

Ground floor: lounge with 2 sofas, fireplace and flat screen TV; study room with grand piano and computer area with wifi; lunch area; kitchen complete with fridge, oven, dishwasher; bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers; 1 bathroom; closet with washing machine, iron, etc.

Upper floor: 1 bedroom with double bed; 1 bed in hallway 1 1/2 square, 1 bathroom, shelves.

Nie wieder Ansedonia

Absolute Vorsicht.Dss Haus wird auf drei Plattformen mit drei Preisen angeboten.Das Haus selbst ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.Vor allem die Küche ist total versifft.Der Backofen ist nicht zu benutzen.Dann hatten wir auch noch eine Maus im Haus. Totale Mückenplacke und die Moskitonetze waren uralt. Eine Matratze lag auf dem Boden,die Jalousien waren Schrott.Der Vermieter war beleidigt als wir seine Essen nicht angenommen haben,er wollte damit das mit der Maus wieder gut machen.Anstatt das Haus komplett reinigen zu lassen.In meiner Gymnastikmatte haben wir später das Klo von der Maus gefunden.Einfach nur ekelhaft. Überhaupt hat man das Gefühl das man auf das Haus der Eltern aufpasst die selbst grafe im Urlaub sind.Das ist so wie es ist kein Ferienhaus und ist viel zu teuer und einfach nur dreckig,vor allem die Küche.

Das wunderschöne rote Haus mit ganz viel Charakter

Der Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen und idyllisch gelegenen roten Haus in Ansedonia (Orbetello) war eine absolut geniale Erfahrung. Das Haus ist dank seines einzigartigen Charmes und vieler Kleinigkeiten in allen Räumen einfach nur besonders. Die Terrasse vorne bietet den Blick aufs Meer und malerische Sonnenuntergänge. Nach hinten hat man zudem noch einen großen Garten mit einer eigenen Außendusche, von der aus man auch den Blick aufs Meer genießen kann. Im Inneren findet man viel Platz für locker bis zu 5 Personen, super bequeme Betten und schön renovierte Bäder. Als Highlight hat man zudem noch einen Raum mit eigenem Flügel, wenn jemand seinen inneren Richard Clayderman ausleben will. Alles in allem ist das Haus ein absolutes Highlight, das man jedem nur ans Herz legen kann.

Ein Traum in Ansedonia

Schön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit Blick auf die Bucht von Orbetello. Für 2 Personen ideale Größe. Küche und Küchenausstattung dürften besser im Schuß sein. Nette freundliche Vermieter. Gerne wieder!

Tranquilla casa con giardino

Casa accogliente con un bellissimo giardino sul retro , ben attrezzato e un terrazzo con vista mare e laguna di Orbetello. La casa è semplice ma originale e ben attrezzata. Il posto a giugno è veramente tranquillo. Nei dintorni con la macchina non si finisce mai di scoprire posti incantevoli

Charismatisches, großes Haus mit tollem Garten und Terrasse

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem schönen Haus, welches wirklich Charakter hat. An Ausstattung ist alles da, was man so braucht. Man kann gut kochen in der Küche, weil alles da ist. Besonders gefallen haben uns das Klavier, der Kamin und die großen Außenbereiche. Die Gegend ist hervorragend für die warmen Monate. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns eine schöne Zeit ermöglicht.
