About this property

The property was not long ago renovated.

Small, inviting bars and restaurants are nearby. The very beautiful, from César Manrique designed village Pueblo Marinero is just two minutes from your entrance door.

You will be sitting under the biggest gum tree the island has, listening to Canarian folk music and eating typical tapas.

There is also a nice market twice a week there.

If you are also looking for some night life you will reach the 'in-bars' within only five minutes walking distance. .

Just nearby you will find the Meson 'El Portón'. A very typical, Spanish Tapas-Bar with very reasonable prices and rustic, unsophisticated atmosphere. After one or the other copa vino tinto (glass of red wine) you will appreciate to be back in your apartment just after a two minutes walk. You really should not miss it.

On Friday evenings between 5:00 and 9:00 pm there is a nice, though little market in the Pueblo Marinero. Things offered there are similar to those at the big market on Sundays in Teguise but it is much more quiet, easier to grasp and not at all as pushy and obtrusively. ... Just take a seat in one of the nice bars and watch the bustle.

Costa Teguise is an ideal starting point for island discovering tours, a good place of being for Surfers and Divers, much more quiet than e.g. Puerto del Carmen. You will find a very cultivated crowd here. Still there is a good night-life. Very good original Spanish bars with international audience as well as any kind of disco-pub and live music.

A* Apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastically located apartment. Within a day of booking the owner was in touch to confirm the details and provide information. After a previous negative booking experience on vrbo with a different owner, this really put my mind at rest. Excellent communication continued right up to and during our stay. The apartment is very well equipped, very clean and on a lovely complex. The complex is a quiet one and mainly adults but we very much enjoyed our stay. Considering it's proximity to the square we expected it to be noiser but were pleasantly surprised. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had a ball and beach items for the children. The only slight downside was the terrace rarely got the sun, but there were always lots of sun loungers free around the pool if needed. Highly recommended👍

Great location lovely complex

Nigel was really helpful from taking the booking Quick to respond to messages and good advice as well. The apartment is clean and in an excellent location Loved the pool and the cafe / bar was also great. Many bars & restaurants nearby and the beach is a two minute walk away.
