Beautiful warm family home nestled in the heart of the Vauban citadel of St Martin de Ré.
You will be welcomed on site by a personal concierge.
The house consists of a beautiful entrance and a hallway serving a large spacious living room with 2 sofa relaxation areas, fireplace, TV, DVD player, Internet WIFI.
On the other side, you will have a dining room with fully equipped American kitchen with wide choice of dishes and equipment: dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Krupps, toaster, small household robots ...
The kitchen and dining room open onto the courtyard where you can enjoy the sun and all your meals.

Jolie maison d'époque, confortable et accueillante

Jolie maison, grandes pièces, confortable, cuisine très bien équipée et très agréable, décoration soignée, salle de bain spacieuse. L'emplacement permet d'accéder à de nombreux loisirs très facilement à pied ou en vélo. Elle est tout proche du centre commerçant de St Martin. La voiture peut être stationnée facilement à quelques centaines de mètres. Bons accueil et conseils à l'arrivée

A beautiful house in the heart of St Martin

The property is located on the edge of La Place de la Republique and is well maintained with traditional furniture. The bathroom has been recently upgraded to a very high standard. There is a very pleasant outdoor space where we took breakfast before heading out for another day in paradise.
