The house is located just 200 meters from the main square Vittorio Veneto, the beating heart of the city. It can also be reached by car as it is just before the ZTL gate.

Wow what a great location, just a short walk to Sassy De Matera, lots of cafes and restaurants around the area. Antonio met us at the apartment, helped us with the bags and also gave us his parking place. The Apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need, breakfast, milk, cold water, and even toiletries. We had the best time. Thank you again Antonio

perfectly placed apartment

Spacious apartment, sparkling clean, with every amenity including a large private Terrace. Location is perfect for wandering the historical area and Sassi. Antonio has been most helpful and shared information and suggestions on sites to see. We are so delighted to have stayed here!
