The villas are ideal for couples or families a like, with all the latest modern facilities within each villa and on the secure complex you are sure to feel relaxed and at home during your stay.
Air-conditioning in all rooms which are double action systems, hot and cold.
Ideally the villas have 2 bathrooms the one downstairs has only toilet and sink suite, the upper level has the power shower system both are decorated to the highest of standards, tiles and flooring are ceramic.
The front terrace can be enjoyed for your meals or just to sit and feel the warmth of your relaxing holiday, all terraces over look the pool area there is a table and chairs that sits 6 people . Sun lounges and pool towel for use in the gardens next to your accommodation.
The villas are situated just back of the sea fronts where you can find numerous restaurants, shops and bars a strolling distance of only 10 minutes.
Accessibility
For the very young or older people the villa's downstairs is ideal as the terrace is easily accessible and only a small step leads to the gardens and pool area. Although would not recommend for wheelchair as the space is not so great and the shower is on the upper floor.
The complex facilities are small fitness room and huge communal swimming pool with wonderful water features .
Outside
Within the beautiful luxury complex are the lush greens lawns which are well kept and attended to daily by the on-site caretaker.
An amazingly large pool , with great features of cascading water and Italian style pillars. Steps lead in and out of the communal pool, which is approximately 200 sqm. No separate section for children.
Plenty of room for the sun worshipers within the gardens grounds, or on your own terrace.
Each villa has terrace furniture which includes a table and chairs for 6 people.
Coast/Beach

Travel
Dalaman International airport is used for travelling to Calis, the time distance is 40 minutes drive, going through the new Gocek tunnel which was opened in 2006 there is a toll for using the tunnel.
There is also car hire available and numerous excursions to be enjoyed including 12 Islands boat tour, Dalyan mud baths plus Turtle beach , Saklikent Gorge, Scuba diving , Horse riding , White water rafting, Turkish Bath. Paragliding from the close range of Oludeniz (Blue Lagoon) 20 minutes drive
Distances
Calis is a 20 minute drive away from the famous beach of Oludeniz (the blue lagoon) Here there are numerous hotels restaurants, bars and shops . The beach is shingle the blue lagoon is a nature reserve so there is a toll to pay to use this area. Beautiful sea which only comes up to your waist, ideal for children.
Fethiye the harbour side town is a 5 minute drive or local mini bus service. Water taxi is running during the summer months , a wonderful sail of 15 minutes.

Places of interest within Calis , there is an excellent range of restaurants along the promenade and sea front , which are even greater whilst watching the sun set .Numerous local shops and open air markets for finding those gifts for the people you left behind, also mini markets for buying snacks , fruit and veg etc. Chemists are easy to find most speak excellent English. Banks are found in Fethiye only 5 minutes away by car. Cash points are found across the bridge in Calis centre.
