MUY BUENA UBICACION PERO EL APARTAMENTO TIENE QUE MEJORAR

Tiene una ubicación excelente y una terraza con unas vistas laterales al mar muy buenas. El apartamento tiene un tamaño muy adecuado y una piscina que se agradece mucho. Pero este inmueble en concreto tiene muchas cosas a mejorar. Lo primero de todo, es que no tenga ningún triste ventilador, hemos pasado bastante calor. El viento solo se siente en la terraza pero en el salón y en las habitaciones no corre aire. Unos simples ventiladores de techo solucionarían el problema. El colchon de la cama de matrimonio está para cambiar ya, y además la cama es pequeña. Mi marido (que mide 1,85) se salía de la cama. En estos tiempos, que menos que un colchon confortable y de unas medidas de hoy en día. El mantenimiento en general, es justito. Mucho deterioro en puertas, espejo del cuarto de baño, muebles, taza del WC , etc. un poco viejo. Limpieza correcta, aunque algunos utensilios de cocina y fuentes estaban sucios.

Todo bien

Todo muy bien, lo único que hemos echando en falta son mantas. Fuimos en el puente del 1 y 2 de mayo e hizo fresco y no había mantas para taparse en las camas. Por lo demás muy bien.
