About this property

The small château was entirely renovated in 2015/2022, has a 70 m2 open living area with traditional and contemporary furniture and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. It has 2 large bedrooms with open en-suite bath rooms and 2 smaller bedrooms in the upper floor with another common bathroom/WC and a open mezzanine. The equipment ensures modern comfort (AC in all bedrooms, Fibre WLAN, 2 large flat Satellite TVs/DVD, etc). The pool (including a smaller one for children and apéro), a lush garden, a Gazebo (pavillon), beach loungers and towels, invite to laziness and stimulate activities.

The manager (E/F/Ind) and the maid (5h/day) are, at your disposition from the morning to the evening, prepare your welcome drink, your daily breakfast and help to fulfill all your wishes from tour trips to laundry. The 24 hors security guard in front of the villa assures a peaceful stay on the « island of gods»

needs improvement

Great location very quiet at night, Upstairs accommodation more like a back packers with poor cooling and water pressure, dated rooms that got very hot. Pool and downstairs outside showers mouldy - needs a good pressure wash. actually everywhere needs a good wash. electrical appliances - ie bedside lights not working from day 1. Host never checked in once to see if all was ok.

Great Villa Great Location

Had a fantastic time, JP welcomed us to the Villa, and introduced Made, who was friendly and made us breakfast before seeing to the Villa. The location was awesome, close to the beach (500m) and shops, but set back enough to be and feel secluded. The Villa itself was spacious and well equipped. Would highly recommend

Great location

The villa was very comfortable and in a quieter location. It was close to the beach and good shopping and restaurants and walking distance (along the beach) to Seminyak Square. The maid and the manager were very helpful.

Good location and close to everything you need.

Property was set out well and clean. host and cleaning team were very nice and friendly. Would definitely stay there again and recommend anyone else to book and stay here.

The villa was nice, housekeeping was very good.

Close to the beach and action yet in a quiet back street. We had maintenance issues that took several days to be actioned. Pool was only cleaned the day after our arrival so by day 7 needed a good clean. The living area tiles were very slippery when wet by the rain. On the upside housekeeping was amazing.
