Supreme indoor/outdoor entertaining space includes living areas, a waterfront patio with al fresco dining, and a dog-friendly yard.

Situated on a deep water canal just 10 minutes by boat to Johns Pass or the Gulf and a less than 2 mile drive to Treasure Island Beach. Enjoy easy access to nearby beachside dining and shops.

French doors open to the master bedroom with a plush king bed, 48” flat screen TV, and incredible water views through sliding doors leading to the patio. The en-suite bath boasts a walk-in closet, double vanity, and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, desk, and an en-suite bath with walk-in shower. The third bedroom features a king bed. Freshen up in the lavish third bath designed with dramatic black marble, cherry details, and a jetted tub/shower combination. Snooze on a queen bed in the fourth bedroom.

OUTDOOR AREA

Sliding glass doors in the living and master bedroom open to the waterfront yard and private dock offering panoramic Intracoastal Waterway views and pool.
Jump in the brand new heated pool or relax on the patio. Prepare supper on the grill and dine al fresco at the six-seat patio table.
Keep your eye out for dolphins and manatees that frequent the canal! Please note the boat lift is not available for use.

EXTRA AMENITIES

This property is small dog-friendly for a fee. Parking is available for four vehicles in the driveway. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

All leases require a minimum 30-night term. Only 3 times per year are weekly rentals allowed, so please inquire.

Great stay!

Everyone had a great time. The house was very accommodating and so close to everything. Only thing we did not find, was a crab pot. We purchased one for our seafood boil. The dock could use a little touching up on the railing. Watch out for the huge amount of oysters right where the steps go in. My 10 year old slid on the bottom step and cut himself up on them. We did get visited by a dolphin while enjoying the canal. Over all, great place to stay.

Great spot!

We thought this was a great spot. It was nice to have our own dock to sit on or fish off of. As others mentioned in the comments we would see dolphins and manatees in the water way right behind us. The house was very spacious and great for our group of 6 adults and an infant. Neighborhood was very close to St Pete Beach sites. We fished a charter a couple times from Hubbards Marina on John’s Pass and it was a short drive from the house. Kitchen is large had all we needed to cook meals for the group. I highly recommend the place and will likely stay there again in the future.

Excellent location

Great experience, great location. the fishing from the dock was awesome for the kids and the boat lift is was a major plus for me. Neighborhood is nice and quiet and everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly.

Treasure Island 2021

Great location in a quiet neighborhood! Beach access, restaurants, bars, grocery store's all within a couple of miles. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensil's. Hot tub was a hit every night. Some of the furniture could use updating along with the bathrooms. Overall great place to spend a month. Thanks again Anabel!
