Geräumige Wohnung mit toller Sicht auf‘s Meer

Das zweistöckige Haus wurde vor ein paar Jahren aufgestockt, indem die Terrasse zu einer schönen Dachwohnung umgebaut wurde. Der Ausbaustandard ist sehr gut, die Sicht auf die Bucht von Agropoli einfach atemberaubend. Marco, der Besitzer, ist sehr höflich und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert, die Wohnung wurde aber offenbar noch nicht allzuoft vermietet, deshalb fehlt es allenfalls ein wenig an Erfahrung. Der Preis war für unseren Geschmack etwas überteuert, wenn man die laute Schnellstrasse und die Zugslinie ca. 30 Meter vor dem Haus mitberücksichtigt. Zwar liegt das Haus in nur 10-15 Minuten Gehdistanz zum Strand, es gibt jedoch keine Cafés oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe und ist deshalb auf das Auto angewiesen.

Sehr schöne und komfortable Wohnung

Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht und haben den Aufenthalt in der sehr gut ausgestatteten und sauberen Wohnung sehr genossen. Toller Blick aufs Meer. Parkmöglichkeit ist beim Haus vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt noch schöner zu gestalten und man bekommt gerne Hilfe und Informationen zu allem möglichen was man wissen möchte. Wir waren in der COVID Zeit hier und es war überhaupt kein Problem in der Gegend. Gegenüber Deutschland wird hier in Italien noch mehr gemacht und darauf geachtet das es nicht zu einem erneuten Ausbruch kommt. Strand und Promenade ist zu Fuß in ca. 7 Minuten bequem zu erreichen. Von hier aus kann man auch schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und sollte es uns noch mal in die Gegend ziehen dann gerne wieder hier in der Wohnung. Fantastica!!!!

Abbiamo passato due settimane ospiti della casa del Sig. Marco e da subito abbiamo avuto la sensazione di essere stati fortunati sia per l'accoglienza sia per la struttura. Casa nuova, bella e pulitissima. Il Sig. Marco si è dimostrato un padrone di casa eccellente, gentile e disponibile e ci ha garantito un servizio di alto livello per tutta la durata del soggiorno. La casa è dotata di tutti i confort ed ogni giorno avevamo a disposizione il necessario per la colazione, comprese torte fatte in casa e brioches calde.........Non ci è mai successo in tanti anni che utilizziamo questo metodo per trascorrere le vacanze. Altro punto a favore di questo alloggio è il servizio di pulizia giornaliera dei bagni e delle camere, cambio biancheria al bisogno, cambio lenzuola settimanale e ritiro della spazzatura. Direi che ci siamo sentiti coccolati e veramente in vacanza....... Grazie mille Marco per tutto. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chi ha bisogno di rilassarsi e di vivere il mare e le sue bellezze.
