Fantastic views from this 9th floor condo in Summerhe where you will enjoy the beautiful white sands and clear emerald waters of the Gulf during the day and amazing sunsets nightly.. Summerhouse is one of best and well established condominium complexes in Panama City Beach and is maintained impeccably. This condo has 2 bedrooms each with a full bathrooms and TVs. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed and a view of the Gulf while the second bedroom has a full size bed and a twin bed. The living room includes a new sleeper sofa, 2 leather recliners and a large flat screen TV. High back chairs at counter along with table and chairs which seats 6. The kitchen has everything you need from pots & pans to dishes and cutlery. Coffee Drip and Keurig. Washer/Dryer Newer appliances & cabinets round out this home away from home. Wi-Fi and cable included at no extra fee. Summerhouse is a great place for relaxation and for families. Two pools, one is heated, 1 kiddie pool and a hot tub. There is a beautiful gazebo and the grounds around the pools are beautiful has plenty of greenery. The lobby of Summerhouse has a number of pool tables and arcades for enjoyment. There are tennis and racquetball courts here also!! Barbecue grills are available for your use. First class operation with a desk in lobby for any questions or issues. Enjoy beach life in Panama City Beach with many great restaurants. Pier Park is a great place to walk and relax with many restaurants, shops, music, Grand 16 movie theater and much more. Beach-side activities include jet ski rentals, Pontoon boat rentals, parasailing, banana boat rides, volleyball...the list is endless. Owners since 2017. No Smoking. Great Condo!

Me and my family came down for the weekend to go deep sea fishing at Captain Andersons marina. This condo was just minutes from there. The room was very very clean and exactly as described and photographed. Jim was very responsive to us with any questions we had. I would def recommended staying here and we will book in the future!

Enjoyed our stay!

The master bed was SO comfortable! My twin boys slept on the pull out and said it was also very comfortable. Never waited to long for the elevator. All staff was friendly. Loved having the beach chairs and the short walk to the beach. The snack bar was great when open. Activities at the pool and the arcade were great for my older kids. Overall a great stay!

Great Location for Kids

The whole area was great for kids! The resort even had free activities for the kids/families throughout the week. The only downside was the one elevator for our building was down half of our stay and we were on the 9th floor. The owner was apologetic and super nice. We would stay there again even if the elevator is broken!

Great location. Condo was “eh”

The good things- -Communication with the host was great, he provided info quickly via text. -Great condo location on Thomas Drive -Included beach chairs (a plus!) -well stocked with kitchen needs The not so good - -Elevator was always backed up. It was broken multiple days of our stay. Only one way up & down unless you like stairs. -Condo is very small. Mirrored walls make the rooms look larger in the photos. -Condo felt dirty. The countertops and main areas were clean but there is dirty buildup around the edges of the floors, on the nooks & crannies of the doors and mouldings… just needs a good deep cleaning. -dryer lint basket kept falling out & made me nervous we’d start a fire in the vents by using the dryer. -WiFi is supplied via the condo’s public WiFi not a secure, private connection
