Villa Elion is located on a sea front plot, just over the clear blue water! It's only 500 meters away from Loutraki sandy beach, 5 minutes drive from coastal village "Marathi" and also has a direct access to the sea through the plot.
Akrotiri peninsula, where the villa is located, is well known for the beautiful beaches, the picturesque villages and the old Monasteries, while the city of Chania with all its historical monuments, beautiful old town with many restaurants and bars and all facilities can be found within a twenty minute drive.
The villa has 2 levels and is integrated to the natural environment.
At the upper level, where the main entrance is, you will find a spacious living room with amazing views to the sea, the sunrise and the mountains.
The big sliding doors which lead to the veranda, are able to unify the interior space with the exterior veranda for relaxing and romantic dinners!
There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower and washing machine.
Finally there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 singles.
Through the internal stairs you reach the lower level, which is the level of the pool outside and can be accessed from the exterior as well.
There you will find 2 more bedrooms, the same as upstairs, another bathroom and a spacious common space that can be used as a lounge, play room or fitness area (there are Yoga mats, Pilates ball, weights and TRX).
At the exterior, there is a nice private pool with sunbeds and sun umbrellas, an external lounge area for relaxing evenings and a BBQ.
