Great time at Rock House

Overall very good, I really liked the basement games room with the table tennis table. Good sized dining room, that easily accommodated 10 guests. Good location, within easy access of town centre. The living room was a little on the small side, but overall we were very satisfied with the accommodation. Hayley was immensely helpful.

Family girls

Perfectly located large house-ideal for a very large party of family or friends, both adults and children. Free parking on the street. One bedroom on the ground floor so ideal for someone who can't get up the stairs. Plenty of crockery etc in the kitchen.

Brilliant house

It has been perfect to celebrate my daughters 50th with family, very clean and bright rooms , very well equipped. Walking distance to town. Only criticism was the shower pressure. Would recommend this property. Thank you Hayley perfect communication always responded to any questions we had immediately. Will be using VRBO in future

Big accommodation in small town

The 1 Tock house became our single house accommodation for a group of 14 adults and 2 children in a small town Buxton. There are areas of improvement in the property but in summary it was a pleasant stay. The landlady was very helpful answering any odd questions we had. The house is equipped with all amenities including wifi and even Alexa.

Big town house

Excellent location nice bedrooms small kitchen/dinner/sitting room area .Playroom in basement cold/damp without natural light. Owner never answered second set of questions,not particularly considerate.We were even called on the check out day to be reminded to leave on time and clean the kitchen !
