CASA IDILIA - AGRITURISMO IL CIPRESSO

Independent farmhouse for 4/6 people located on two floors, with external porch, for outdoor lunches and dinners in the shade of an old fig tree. Two bedrooms at the bottom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, kitchenette and lounge with fireplace at the top.

The Agriturismo IL CIPRESSO is located in a beautiful Chianti hill, in the small medieval village of Gavignano, 2 km from the town of Ambra.

It is a small but magnificent structure near Siena, in a truly very suggestive and magical place. It can be easily reached in 20 minutes from Siena and Arezzo and around 50 minutes from Florence. Arezzo (25 km) Siena (30 km) and Florence (45 km).

In the farm there is the opportunity to stay in recently renovated characteristic farmhouses, totally independent and each with an external green space.

Customers can also access the swimming pool located in the most panoramic point of the place.

The most total immersion in nature is guaranteed, in addition to the beautiful view of the Valdarno and Valdambra, also from the possibility of taking long walks in the surrounding old streets and in the characteristic medieval villages: very suitable places also for excursions by mountain bike or on horseback.

Familienurlaub in der Idylle

Wir danken für die schöne Zeit in Il Cipresso. Wir wurden von Anfang bis zum Ende immer freundlich behandelt und konnten uns als Familien ungezwungen bewegen. Die Kinder (5+7 Jahre alt) haben es sehr genossen. Geographisch liegt Gavignano günstig. Es gibt sehr schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Wir schließen nicht aus, nochmal in nächster Zukunft in die Toskana zu fahren 🤗 P.S. Die frischen Feigen waren klasse! 😇

Excellent location to get away from it all

We spent a wonderful fortnight in this rustic accommodation built in typical Tuscan style, with lots of green space, lovely views and ever so peaceful. The location is perfect to explore the Tuscan countryside, its beautiful cities and medieval towns, with Siena being only 35 minutes away by car, San Gimignano just over an hour and Pisa 1.5 hours. The hosts, Maurizio and Massimo, are very friendly, easygoing and happy to recommend places to visit or local restaurants. I would happily recommend this place.

Beautiful place, and views of the wineries.

Massimo was a very friendly host. The environment was very relaxed, quiet and peaceful. The house included all you need for a stay. It was close to Siena, and San Gimigiano.
