SENSATIONAL VILLA FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE POOL, for up to 6 people.

LAY OUT: This beautiful and modern villa is spread over one floor, where there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and the third with single beds) and three bathrooms with shower (two of them en suite). The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and opens up to the great dinning room and bright living room. The house has been recently entirely renovated and has air conditioning in the lounge and all bedrooms. A modern style decoration in both the exterior and the interior and its furnishings.

EXTERIOR: The property has a large plot which can be accessed through an automatic gate after which there is enough space to park the cars. The pool is in front of the living room, and around it there is great outdoor furniture consisting of chairs, dining area, umbrella and sofas on which you can relax and enjoy the sun. There is also a sun terrace with sunbeds from where you can see the natural park of Ifach and the Mediterranean Sea.

LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area of Calpe, in a cul de sac with little traffic. Just 5 to 10 minute drive from the popular long sandy beach of Calpe and all services.
