Lovely peaceful villa with private pool in Agrate nearby Lake Maggiore.

Set in a tranquil green countryside location the holiday Villa Le Querce accommodates 8 people in 4 bedrooms (270 m²), fully air conditioned:
- On the main floor you'll find a charmingly decorated living room with a sitting area with TV and a dining table, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a small bedroom with bunk beds, and bathroom with shower.
- The first floor consists of a mansard living room, and of 2 bedrooms with double bed and one bathroom with tub.

One of the very nice things of this villa is that it offers ample outdoor living space thanks to the large covered patio’s on either side of the villa, featuring lounge chairs, table and barbecue and a fitness stepper. A garden (3500 m²) surrounds the villa with a manicured lawn bordered by oak trees (or ‘querce’ in Italian as the name of the villa) offering welcoming shade in the warm summer days, and a lovely swimming pool with sun loungers.

The Villa Le Querce is very peacefully situated nearby the little village of Agrate Conturbia, in a rural area great for walking and cycling. For golf enthusiasts there are 2 large golf resorts within 5 km of the villa: Bogogno and Castelconturbia. Lake Maggiore is only 10 km away, great for enjoying watersports and beaches, visiting lakeside villages and islands (don’t miss the Borromeo islands), and admiring the panoramic views from the surrounding mountains (Mottarone, Laveno).

Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sanierungsbedürftig..

Die Fugen in der einzigen Dusche sind verschimmelt. Die Außenanlagen waren verdreckt. Der Pool war trübe und nicht gereinigt. Teile des Dachs waren mit einer Plane abgedeckt. Überall standen Familienbilder und alte Bücher und Gebrauchsgegenstände herum, so als würde hier noch der Besitzer wohnen. Der Besitzer war für uns nie erreichbar.

1 semaine dans le Piemont

Maison retirée. Belle propriété surtout la piscine et les abords. Agréable salon d'été ... idéal pour prendre l'apéro. Grande table sur la terrasse où nous avons pris tous nos repas. Beaucoup de moustiques toutefois et les répulsifs ne les arrêtent pas !!! L'intérieur est un peu vétuste... douche un peu vieillotte et bain sans rideau -->pas facile ... Un nettoyage de l'intérieur des armoires de cuisine serait le bienvenu. Les visites nécessitent au moins 1/2 journée ...même si peu de km il faut beaucoup de temps .... villages à traverser, petites routes ... Qqes beaux endroits à visiter dont les îles Borromee, Orta ... 2 golfs à qqes km de la maison. En conclusion semaine agréable mais un peu chère au vu des installations intérieures.
