The villa is surrounded by silence, suitable for families with children who can play in the surrounding garden where there are also three parking spaces and a parking area for bicycles; by bike in fact you can quickly reach the sea which is just over a kilometer (4 minutes by car). The house is situated in a quiet, dead-end residential street where there are other elegant villas with gardens. Restaurant just 200 meters, shops 450 meters.
The villa is on two floors:
on the ground floor there is a large living room with living area with fireplace and flat screen TV and dining area, bathroom with shower, bedroom (single) and kitchen. Large porch with BBQ, oven and dining table where you can enjoy your grill dishes and patios with armchairs to relax reading a good book or having a drink.
