About this property

2 bedroom apartment, first floor, located very close to the beach of Montgó. It has a communal pool and gardens.
Dining room / living room with access to the terrace, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom. Terrace equipped with table and chairs to eat outside.
For an excellent holiday near the sea and the mountain in l'Escala.
In high season the rent is from Saturday to Saturday.
A deposit of € 200 in cash is requested on the day of arrival, which will be returned on the day of departure after the rental verification. Entry from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and departure before 10.00. The accommodation does not have sheets or towels, but if we have the rental of it with previous reservation.
