Bethania Chapel Annex is a delightful wing to a chapel conversion, which dates back to 1936 and rests in the small town of Bagillt, in North Wales. It boasts a king-size double with en-suite bathroom, sleeping two people altogether. There is also a ground floor wet room and sauna room, as well as an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a utility. Outside off-road parking for one car and an enclosed, rear patio courtyard with furniture. Bethania Chapel Annex. Note: Minimum of 3 night stays.

Electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 x Smart TVs with Sky Q and Netflix, WiFi, selection of books, hair dryer. Fuel, power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed, rear patio courtyard with garden furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking and no children except for babes-in-arms, if your child is of crawling/ toddling age this property is not suitable for them due to the staircase. Shop and pub 0.4 miles. Note: The staircase has open tread stairs, which may be unsafe for pets and small children of crawling/toddling age. Note: The owner keeps a rare breed of bantam cocks, with some associated noise. Note: There are two low frosted windows letting in some morning light into the bedroom and there is a sloping ceiling in the en-suite bathroom. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £150 at this property. Note: Minimum of 3 night stays.
