54m2 apartment completely renovated, bright and sunny, on the 2nd floor of a building without elevator.
Located in the heart of town, 70 m from the canal, 250 m from the center (4 min) 700 m from the train station (9 min) and 800 m (10 min) from the magnificent Pointe Courte district. 5km from the beach
Ideal location if you do not have a vehicle, you will be close to everything on foot or possibly by bus with a nearby stop on the quay

Balcony furnished for lunch in the sun or a drink, good things are not lacking in the region.
A large living room with a convertible sofa, TV and wifi, some books on the history of Sète, its neighborhoods and to get started in its culinary specialties

L'appartement idéal.

Cette appartement est vraiment très bien, proche du centre ville, très accueillant avec sa décoration bien Sétoise, mème la bibliothèque est très intéressante. L'équipement de l'appartement est complet est la literie est parfaite. Pour finir, rue très calme avec très peu de passage. Très bon séjour et je recommande sans Problem.
